If you are representing an organisation that would like a stall, please include:
(1) Details of how much space you require – if you need a table, half a table, wall space etc.
(2) What resources you will bring with you on the day – i.e. Stands, Leaflets etc.
(3) Any special requirements that you may have – access to electrical point etc. Please include any questions you may have.
Completing this form does not guarantee a space, Mark Healey will confirm in writing once space has been allocated.

Details of the stall holders will be added closer to the event, the basic layout of the building will be as follows.
At the main entrance there will be a “welcome desk” where everyone is asked to sign in, pick up guest badges and information packs. Each person who signs in will be issued a raffle ticket for the Prize draw that will be held later in the day.
Opposite the entrance, the GMMG display will include details of existing groups and activities that are based at the centre, along with details of what space is still available to hire.
Those organising stalls are advised that set up will be between 12 mid-day to 1pm, so ideally please arrive and set up during this time. We hope to open to the public at 1pm, open for 4 hours, closing at 5pm. Then packing up between 5pm to 6pm.
Range of stalls – last year over 30 organisations joined us to promote themselves during the event. This year we hope to register at least 40 organisations and have increased the exhibition space upstairs as well.
Ideally we would like to promote more employment, education and volunteering opportunities.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, from the serving hatch in the main hall.
The Prize Draw will be held at 4.30pm. The prize(s) have yet to be confirmed.
